Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Kodiak Cakes mix
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup milk any type
  • ½ tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp baking powder optional
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips or berries optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Add ¼ cup Kodiak Cakes mix (and ¼ tsp baking powder, optional) to a microwave-safe mug. Stir well.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, ¼ cup milk, and ½ tbsp melted butter or coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  • Optional Add-ins: Add ¼ tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp chocolate chips or berries, if desired. Mix well.
  • Microwave: Cook on high for 1–2 minutes until the cake is fluffy and set. Avoid overcooking.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly. Top with syrup, yogurt, or whipped cream. Enjoy!
