Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise Best Foods or Hellmann’s recommended
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 –2 teaspoons hot sauce Crystal or Frank’s Red Hot, adjust to taste
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, smoked paprika, sugar (if using), hot sauce, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix Well: Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and fully combined.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve: Use as a spread for sandwiches, a dip for fries and veggies, or a marinade.

Notes

  • Adjust the hot sauce amount to control the spice level.
  • Use fresh garlic for a stronger garlic flavor.
